Units are assembled from selected, stabilized, simultaneously diffused, glass passivated, avalanche power rectifiers which are stable and uniform. Each power rectifier has a resistive and capacitive compensated network to assure proper load sharing and provide the ability to withstand transient energy. Power rectifiers are mounted on irridated, high thermal conductivity aluminum plates for maximum heat dissipation, high current conductivity and to prevent corrosion in harsh environments.

Available in several models with current ranges from 8 amps to 50 amps and voltages up to 50 kV. Higher voltages are achievable by series connecting assemblies. Current ranges can be extended to 100 amps with forced air or auxiliary cooling or full wave and 3 phase connections.

Circuits are also available in doubler, center tap, and bridge configurations and can also be customized to customer specifications including military applications.
